The Role
You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs.
- Tapering, jointing and carpentry work.
- Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
- Install and replace fixtures and fittings.
- Carry out building inspections and routine maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Keep accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with colleagues, property managers and tenants.
- Maintain safe and tidy working areas.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman or similar role.
- Good all-round maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
- Own tools required.
- Willing to travel across the North West.
- Cladding experience desirable.
