We're currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our MCR office in Manchester. MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, with a strong UK presence in key cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value. We are looking to grow our current maintenance team.
Candidate Profile

Responsibilities
- Carry out all maintenance repairs, planned preventative facilities tasks and project work as directed to ensure operational support at all times
- Ensure all works are undertaken safely, following good practice and current legislation
- Undertake project work as directed by the Project Manager
- Communicate effectively and work productively with all staff
- Carry out work to relevant trade standards
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies at all times
- Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace
- Work in accordance with all MCR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Understanding of safety rules
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid driving license & access to a car
- Background in construction or building maintenance
- CSCS card (desirable)
