Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering successful completed projects on time, incorporating budget control, resource allocation, and team management.
- Ensuring Health and Safety on site, being forefront to safe working environments.
- Conducting and adhering to Risk Assessments for every project in your portfolio.
- Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects.
- Ensuring clear and concise communication with all contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing the pre-construction of all new projects, including design phases, from RIBA stage 2 through to RIBA stage 6.
- Managing schedules with all parties, ensuring that milestones are met, and projects are completed on time.
- Building and leading a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, to execute projects effectively.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) Hons in Construction Management, Beng in Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong background in new build housing and high-rise apartments, residential conversions, and building safety refurbishments.
- Extensive knowledge of construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
