MCR Property Group is a leading UK property developer and operator with a diverse, nationwide portfolio spanning student accommodation, commercial space and residential living. We are now looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Executive to join our Marketing and Communications team, working across the full breadth of the group. This is a pivotal role, responsible for owning and evolving our HubSpot CRM platform across multiple property sectors, supporting commercial performance, improving customer experience and bringing greater structure and insight to our sales and marketing activity.
You will work across our Flow Student portfolio, our commercial portfolio of serviced and leased office spaces and light industrial units, and our Build to Rent and PRS residential portfolio, ensuring HubSpot supports each business line effectively while operating as a single, coherent system at group level. You will be part of a 12 person in house marketing team, working closely with two Marketing Managers with strong HubSpot experience, and supported by a Senior CRM Manager. The wider team spans creative, social, content and design, providing a collaborative, well resourced environment where CRM is embedded into brand, campaign and commercial delivery rather than operating in isolation.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years' experience working with HubSpot who enjoys being at the centre of a business and working with people as much as systems. You will play a hands-on role in shaping how HubSpot is used across the group, from building smart, strategic workflows and campaigns, through to training teams, improving day to day adoption and identifying where better use of data and automation can drive commercial performance. You will work closely with marketing, sales and lettings teams, spotting opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion and customer experience, and helping the business understand where real commercial value sits across our student, commercial and residential portfolios. This is a role for someone who is confident talking to people, comfortable getting into the detail and motivated by seeing systems, teams and results improve together.

- Contribute to training and best practice adoption across marketing, sales and lettings teams
- Stay up to date with HubSpot product developments and ensure new features are used effectively
- Customer relationship management
- Improve customer engagement through structured, relevant and timely communications
- Support post enquiry and post let communications through HubSpot
- Ensure CRM supports a consistent, professional customer experience across all brands
