MCR Property Group is seeking a diligent Site Manager for a portfolio of office refurbishment and regeneration projects in the North West.
You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure HSE compliance across the build lifecycle.
You will develop detailed plans, control budgets and drive progress from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion, reporting to the Construction Director.
A strong track record in office refurbishments and clear communication are essential.
