Role Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following

  • Working as part of a team to co-ordinate the front of house reception
  • Visitor Management, professionally meeting and greeting visitors/clients and signing them into the office
  • Keep our portal up to date for new starters and leavers
  • Support CEO and senior management when required
  • Ensuring front of house, meeting rooms and board rooms are always clean, tidy, and kept tidy, including the kitchen.
  • Confident on the phone - answering the telephone within 3 rings and providing a switchboard service, transferring, and forwarding calls to the correct departments and dealing with incoming queries
  • Managing the meeting room calendar, booking rooms for meetings and events as and when required.
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Providing a concierge service
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area including the meeting rooms and the kitchen
  • In charge of checking stationary stocks and catering/kitchen supplies, refilling / ordering replenishments where necessary
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Administration skills and duties - Supporting the CEO and Senior Management, as and when required

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in a clerical or office role is preferred.
  • Proven front of house reception experience required within a busy and demanding office
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and competent at using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a positive and confident telephone manner
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Salary: Circa Β£28,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE).

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
