Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Tenancy Progressor to join our lettings team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to play a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for tenants from initial enquiry through to move-in.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring that all data is kept up to date and handled in line with data protection requirements.
- Collecting customer details, qualifying their requirements, and providing clear and professional guidance throughout the lettings process.
- Acting as a central point of contact for incoming lettings enquiries, responding promptly via both telephone and email, and arranging property viewings in coordination with onsite teams.
- Supporting negotiations on tenancy offers and managing the progression of agreed tenancies from offer stage through to completion and move-in.
- Supporting applicants through the referencing process, ensuring that all required information and documentation is obtained in a timely manner.
- Issuing tenancy documentation, arranging Right to Rent checks, and registering deposits in line with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
- Monitoring Right to Rent documentation on an ongoing basis, ensuring that time-limited visas are accurately recorded and diarised for re-checks where required.
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements relating to residential lettings are fully adhered to, maintaining accurate records and contributing to a high standard of operational best practice.
