We are recruiting a Plumber (Multi-Skilled) to join our team in High Wycombe and surrounding areas such as Luton, Aylesbury, Chatham and Feltham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and deliver property maintenance services, undertaking repair activities predominantly within our commercial properties.

Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential, industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current legislation.
  • To undertake project work as directed by the Block or Lettings Manager.
  • To communicate effectively and work productively with all other staff.
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Undertake duties, as required, that contribute to the effective operation of the business.
  • To work in accordance with all MCR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of L2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Joinery and relevant experience.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • Sound knowledge of building construction, components, building trades and applicable building regulations.
  • Proven ability to deliver a quality repairs service.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, regulation and ACOPS relevant to the post and associated tasks undertaken within it, in line with HASAWA 1974.
  • Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property maintenance environment.
  • Plumbing qualifications.
