MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, operating nationally with offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential, industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

Responsibilities
- Update all information for new starters
- Following up references/qualifications
- Updating holidays and sickness
- Co-ordinate six monthly / annual staff appraisals
- General filing / creating new files / archiving
- Training & training matrix
- Collate all payroll information from managers
- Input smaller payrolls
- Submit monthly Nil returns
- Support with applications and arranging interviews
- Support with company new starter Inductions on an ad-hoc basis.
- Ad-hoc reception cover duties.
Requirements
- Previous payroll admin experience essential
- Previous recruitment experience desirable
- Confident running inductions desirable
- Confident working as part of a team but also alone.
- Organised and very good standard of time management
- A professional, proactive and approachable communicator.
