Responsibilities
- Match purchase orders with invoices and process subcontractor and supplier invoices in Sage 50.
- Code invoices accurately to the correct tax and nominal codes, and update and analyse Excel spreadsheets.
- Submit CIS returns to HMRC, issue subcontractor CIS statements, and verify subcontractor CIS compliance.
- Assist with supplier queries, obtain invoice approvals from Asset Managers, and update bank reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate records, issue purchase orders, and support the Management Accountant and other managers.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
