In-House recruiter - Finance — Manchester — Permanent
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements across the finance element, translating business needs into effective hiring strategies.
- Create and publish targeted job advertisements through the applicant tracking system, review applications, and identify candidates who meet technical and cultural requirements.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers, while maintaining accurate and compliant records within the ATS.
- Act as a central point of contact throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates to candidates, supporting reference and background checks, and managing offer preparation and onboarding.
- Support wider people processes such as setting up IT access for new starters, processing leavers, and representing MCR at recruitment events and job fairs to strengthen our talent pipeline and employer brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the finance or facilities management sectors.
- Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Confident communicating at all levels and proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
