We're currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our MCR office in Manchester. Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.
We are looking to grow our current maintenance team. We're looking for someone who is flexible with their hours and has a range of skills to meet the site needs. You will be expected to travel to various locations.
- Carry out all maintenance repairs, planned preventative facilities tasks and project work as directed to ensure that operational support is provided to the establishment at all times.
- To undertake project work as directed by the Project Manager.
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times.
- To work in accordance with all MCR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Driving license & access to a car.
- Background in construction or building maintenance.
- CSCS card - desirable.
Benefits:
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum of 25 days.
