MCR Property Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team in the South East to cover a corridor around Luton, Aylesbury and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast‑paced, thriving business that offers genuine opportunities for growth and long‑term development.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance works and reactive repairs across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your duties will include:

  • Undertaking tapering and jointing and wider carpentry

  • A relaxed dress‑down policy on Fridays
