We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our MCR Homes team in High Wycombe. MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, with a strong UK presence and offices in key cities like London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.
The successful candidate will support our lettings team with property viewings and inspections, onsite customer service, and general administrative tasks. Additionally, they will assist the block management team with building inspections, reporting, and various onsite duties. This role requires someone with previous lettings experience who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide exceptional service to our tenants and team members.
Responsibilities:- Assist the lettings team with property inspections, ensuring all units meet the required standards before occupancy.
- Provide onsite customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the block management team with routine building inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Act as a liaison between tenants, the lettings team, and the block management team to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including updating records, scheduling appointments, supervising tradespeople and preparing reports.
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants.
- Handle various onsite tasks as directed by the lettings and block management teams, serving as a general support resource.
- Previous experience in lettings or property management is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant concerns effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management software and basic office applications is preferred.
Based onsite at High Wycombe, with travel to other locations including Aylesbury. Regular working hours with some flexibility required to accommodate tenant needs and operational requirements. UK Drivers License essential.
MCR Benefits:- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum of 25 days.
