MCR Property Group is an investment and development company, which works across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, student accommodation, offices, retail and industrial. MCR is looking for an experienced all round property maintenance person to assist with general property maintenance and cyclical decoration as required at its Glasgow HQ.
Role overview:
- Grounds clearance/maintenance
- Decoration
- Area & wall preparation
- Basic repairs
Candidate abilities:
- Good quality decoration skills/experience
- Practical experience of building/grounds maintenance
- Own transport required as visits to other sites will be needed
- Basic own tools required
- Knowledge of basic H&S requirements
MCR has an aggressive appetite to grow its business in Scotland over the next 5 years. We require a like-minded, dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team.
Location: Glasgow, but ability to travel locally required.
Hours of work: 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch) 8 hours per day 40 hours per week
Training: Company happy to support continual professional development
Holidays: 20 days p.a
