Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of maintenance operatives and cleaners covering the Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire regions.
- Plan and deliver maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to any issues.
- Coordinate external contractors when work cannot be completed in‑house, ensuring all activities meet expected standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets for maintenance and cleaning operations, identify opportunities for cost savings, and maintain accurate records of all work carried out.

Qualifications:
