The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the commercial strategy across a portfolio of luxury hotels and serviced apartments in Central London. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering integrated sales and marketing initiatives to maximise occupancy, direct bookings, and overall asset performance.
Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, the successful candidate will develop strategic relationships within the corporate, leisure, and travel trade sectors, while overseeing digital marketing, distribution channels, and revenue-focused promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across the portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and global distribution partners.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within luxury leisure and business travel segments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive positioning.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive direct bookings.
- Oversee digital marketing channels including website performance, SEO, paid media, and social platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints.
- Develop partnerships with luxury brands, concierge networks, and travel influencers.
- Work closely with revenue management teams on pricing, segmentation, and promotional strategies.
- Optimise OTA performance and direct booking channels.
- Analyse booking patterns, customer data, and market performance metrics.
- Support forecasting and revenue planning processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
