About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven International Rooms Sales Manager to generate high-value room revenue from Middle East (GCC) and North American (USA & Canada) markets across our luxury Central London portfolio. This is a proactive, outbound role focused exclusively on transient and long-stay rooms business. The primary objective is to increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR contribution from these priority feeder markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting GCC and North American markets
- Build and manage relationships with luxury travel advisors and high-end tour operators
- Drive direct corporate and leisure room agreements
- Conduct overseas sales trips to priority markets
- Negotiate preferred rate agreements and production targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor positioning
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimise segmentation and pricing
- Analyse production performance and refine strategy accordingly
Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years hotel sales experience focused on rooms revenue
- Proven track record driving business from Middle East and/or North America
- Strong understanding of luxury travel buyer behaviour
- Established industry relationships within target markets
- Commercially astute and target-driven
- Willingness to travel internationally
