Since 1989, MCR has successfully acquired, developed, and managed over £6 billion of property and currently manages a portfolio comprising more than 5,000 residential units, 4,000 student beds, and over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space across the UK.
Following the successful raise of a revolving credit facility to support the acquisition of over £1 billion of assets during the next year, MCR is seeking an experienced real estate investment and development professional to join its London-based acquisitions team as an Analyst or Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a high-growth investment platform, sourcing and executing transactions across multiple sectors nationwide.
The successful candidate will bring strong relationships with commercial real estate agents, brokers, and receivers, alongside the commercial acumen required to originate and progress value-add opportunities across the UK property market.
