MCR Property Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to lead significant office and residential refurbishment programmes across the UK. This senior, site-focused role offers full ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to completion, with both site and office duties.
You will direct design from RIBA Stage 3 to 6, manage budgets, procurement and risk, build high-performing on-site teams, and ensure safety, quality and programme targets are met.
