Responsibilities

  • Source multi-sector acquisition opportunities both on and off market, using existing networks and actively developing new relationships across the industry.
  • Evaluate opportunities by undertaking detailed development appraisals and residual valuations, including full cash flow analysis for development sites of varying scale, and provide clear, commercially robust recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate professional consultants, negotiate commercial terms with owners and their agents, and work closely with legal advisers to understand, manage, and progress legal agreements through to completion.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to originate, assess, and deliver transactions that support the company’s long-term strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in property acquisition, development, or investment.
  • Strong commercial awareness of both the residential and commercial markets; ability to research, assess, and unlock development potential while identifying and mitigating risk.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in engaging with colleagues, clients, joint venture partners, and financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-workload environment while maintaining accuracy, judgement, and professionalism.
  • Strong existing network within the real estate industry is highly desirable; proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely as required to support acquisitions activity across the UK.
