MCR Property Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Revenue Manager to lead revenue and brand strategy across a growing portfolio of luxury hotels and serviced apartments in Central London.
This is a pivotal role for a hospitality professional who understands how to drive performance in premium environments. You will take ownership of sales strategy, brand positioning, and integrated marketing delivery, working across digital, corporate, and partner channels to maximise occupancy, ADR, and direct bookings.
Operating at the heart of a dynamic property group, you will work closely with operational and revenue teams to ensure commercial decisions translate directly into on-site performance, guest demand, and long-term brand value.
The RoleYou will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies that grow revenue across multiple assets, while strengthening brand visibility in a highly competitive London market. Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key industry stakeholders will be central to your success.
Alongside this, you will lead marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, optimising OTA performance and continuously improving direct booking channels to reduce dependency and increase margin. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and confident execution.
About YouYou will bring at least four years' experience in hospitality sales and marketing, ideally within luxury hotels or serviced apartment environments. You will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy, and building strong brand presence in premium markets.
Commercially astute and highly organised, you will be comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, and translating data into actionable strategy. Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset are essential.
The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury hospitality portfolio within a forward-thinking property group, where you will have genuine influence over commercial direction and performance. If you are looking for a role with visibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape something meaningful, this is the move.
