MCR Property Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead large-scale office refurbishment and renovation schemes across the UK. The role is senior, site-focused and requires taking full ownership of delivery in a fast-paced development environment.
You will oversee design from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6, manage on-site teams and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget with high-quality outcomes.
