Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Room Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. The successful candidate will ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Change bed linens and towels
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture
  • Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and surfaces
  • Replenish guest amenities and supplies
  • Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
  • Ensure corridors, service areas, and housekeeping trolleys remain clean and organised
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Respond politely and professionally to guest requests
  • Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
