MCR Pathways is seeking a Mentor Services Coordinator to support volunteer mentors in the Scottish Borders, guiding them from their first enquiry through to a confident match with a young person. Based in the Scottish Borders, you will work with a friendly team at MCR Pathways who are committed to helping every young person realise their potential.
You will conduct in-depth interviews, organise training and PVG checks, and ensure mentors are fully supported at every stage of their journey.
