MCR Pathways is seeking a Pathways Coordinator to deliver personalised guidance and expand mentoring across Sunderland, Gateshead and Durham. The role builds trusted relationships with young people from year 8 and above, coordinating with volunteer mentors and schools to create mentoring opportunities.
You will run small group and one-to-one sessions, provide ongoing support, and work across multiple settings including schools and community venues.
