Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Weekend Waitress to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming dining experience and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive breakfast service.
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service begins.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Refill buffet items and ensure food presentation standards are maintained.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with cleaning and resetting the restaurant after breakfast service.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge preferred.
