MCR Group is currently looking for a Group wide Environmental Health & Safety Group Officer to join our team on a fulltime basis. We are a nationwide outsourcing company. Originally established as a recruitment company, over the years the Group has grown to also provide a wide range of Cleaning, Security, Engineering and Personnel services to construction, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, landscaping, educational, retail, leisure and residential clients. We deliver these services to many market sectors currently employing a workforce of 3,000 employees.

The Health and Safety Officer would receive extensive training and is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, and industry standards. They will develop, implement, and manage safety policies, training programs, and risk assessments to maintain a safe workplace. The H&S Officer will help push a culture of safety first throughout our business. This role will involve co-ordinating sites nationwide and it will be a blend of office/hybrid working.
