ROLE PURPOSE
This is a junior, hands-on builder role all about delivering practical internal AI tools, automations and integrations in a governed enterprise environment. Think building, not researching, training, or analysing. The role will focus on Copilot and Copilot Studio.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building Agents in Copilot and Copilot studio, as well as the wider Microsoft stack
- Using Connectors to call data from different systems and APIs
- Prototyping quickly and turning business needs into working solutions.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience of building agents in Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Hands-on Power Platform experience
- Comfortable with APIs, JSON and moving data between systems.
- Some exposure to the wider Microsoft stack / ecosystem
- Enough business understanding to turn ambiguous needs into useful agents.
