Overall objectives
We seek to appoint a General Operator to join our busy and expanding team within McQuillan Outdoor. This role will require someone with a 'can do' attitude, a commercial approach and demonstrable attention to detail. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and must be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return, you will be awarded a competitive salary, variety within your role, the ability to build upon your existing experience within the profession and the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
McQuillan Outdoor is the Outdoor cleaning services division of McQuillan Companies. We are seeking a General Operator to work in our Outdoor facilities management business. The successful candidate will assist in the range of activities offered by McQuillan Outdoor including drainage work, landscaping, pressure washing and winter gritting.
Essential Criteria:
- Over 21 years old
- Clean Driving Licence
Desirable criteria:
- Experience in Landscaping or Outdoor FM
- Experience with pressure washing
- Experience in working in teams
