Cold Stores Person - Mansfield

We are currently looking for a dependable Cold Stores / Warehouse Person to join our dedicated team at our Mansfield depot.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within our refrigerated cold store department, ensuring stock is safely stored and organized.
• Manage physical despatch, receipt, and internal movement of products safely and efficiently.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming goods and maintain accurate stock control.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and yard checks.
• Maintain excellent health and safety and hygiene standards across the warehouse and yard area.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities within the stores team.

• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy with a solid work ethic.
• Communication & Detail: Good numeracy, literacy, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Self-Motivation: Able to manage your tasks efficiently and work well under routine deadlines.
• Teamwork: Happy working independently during your shift as well as alongside the wider logistics team.
• Travel: Driving capability is preferred due to shift finish times, but not strictly essential if reliable transport is available.
• Check: Must be able to pass a DBS check
