Contract: Permanent
Based: Glasgow (This role is office based)
Working: Monday to Friday - Hours 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm
Required Experience:
- Call centre experience is necessary
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable
- A proven record in upselling products with existing customers
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work both as a team and as an individual
- Ability to work towards office targets and KPIs
- The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively
- Strong self-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
- Knowledgeable on MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
