Required Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous Contact Centre experience preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great service.
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make outbound calls to customers to arrange and set up payment details for new accounts.
- Provide information and guidance on products and services.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet customer needs.
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and support overall business goals.
- Complaint handling.
- DBS check required for this role.
