Required Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous Contact Centre experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great service.
  • Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to arrange and set up payment details for new accounts.
  • Provide information and guidance on products and services.
  • Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and support overall business goals.
  • Complaint handling.
  • DBS check required for this role.
