Brand Ambassador – McQueen's Dairies

As a Brand Ambassador, you will share our company story with new audiences, maintain a professional public presence, and build rapport with customers. You will adapt your approach to each individual, demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and delivery services, and handle objections by steering conversations toward successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about our products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for new customers and customer retention.
• Coordinate with your team leader to understand map locations for canvassing.
• Clearly explain our service to customers and guide them through next steps if they sign up.
• Accurately obtain customer contact details and product orders.
• Enter data onto our CRM system.
• Distribute leaflets outlining our services and products.
• Eliminate the risk of complaints by providing excellent customer service and a precise sales pitch.

Bonus Scheme

In addition to a guaranteed hourly income, you will earn fantastic commissions: daily litres sold, customer retention bonus, and weekend bonus on sold litres. With the right drive, earnings of £100+ extra per week are attainable.

Qualifications

• Highly self‑motivated.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with the public and speaking to new people.
• Previous experience in customer service or a sales environment advantageous.
