Permanent Contract | £14.72 per hour | Weekly Pay

Location: Edinburgh, Loanhead

Shift Pattern: Backshift: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Times: 14:00 - 23:30 (incl. 30 minutes unpaid break)

Hours per week: 36 | 4 Backshifts a week

Days off: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Trading since 1995, our aim is to update the traditional doorstep delivery, bringing value and great service to our customers. We are currently recruiting for a Stores person to join the team at our Edinburgh depot.

The role:

  • You will be working within our cold stores department (refrigerator)
  • Maintain accurate stock levels
  • Maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse and yard area
  • Physical dispatch, receipt and internal movement of stock in a safe and efficient manner
  • Receiving goods and visual inspection
  • Focus on upholding work standards
  • Focus and knowledge of health and safety
  • Stock control
  • Participate in improvement activities within the Stores

Required experience:

  • Reliable, dependable & trustworthy
  • Keen, enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Good numeracy, literary & practical skills
  • Self-motivated & able to work within specific timescales
  • Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and the ability to plan own work efficiently
  • Ability to follow procedures and execute tasks in a safe, timely and efficient manner
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
  • Good organisation skills
