As a production operative, your role would be working on our glass bottle washers and fillers.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that hygiene and cleanliness standards of all personnel and equipment are maintained.
  • To ensure the achievement of daily production requirements in relation to the figures set by the production management team.
  • To administer and update all required documentation & records relating to filler operation.
  • Ensure that fillers and production equipment is properly cleaned and sterilised.
  • To ensure that agreed daily cleaning schedules, routines and procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Ensure that the wastage of materials, products and services is kept to a minimum.
  • To carry out average weights testing in accordance with company procedures to ensure legal compliance.

  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a FMCG environment, preferably food manufacturing.
