The Fleet Department manages around 1000 vehicles across the UK. This role sits within the systems team and covers two areas β supporting systems that the fleet team use and also processing the spend for the department. Since this role is varied, we are looking for a candidate that can work in a team that can undertake a number of, sometimes, unrelated tasks.
The systems team enables the three other teams within fleet (fleet support, fleet compliance and engineering) to move forward as they ensure that the systems are in working order and that accounts have been paid. This role is pivotal in the department and requires an individual who is organised and can manage a lot of moving parts at once. You need to possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and have a good understanding of Excel. We do ask that you have previous fleet experience for this role and you hold a cat B driving licence.
