Customer Collections Advisor
Salary: £27,976 plus bonus
Shifts: Monday‑Friday
Full time, Permanent – 40 hours per week
Location: Glasgow

Responsibilities
- Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team
- Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices
- Monitor and review customer debt collection through phone, email and letters
- Overcome stalls and objections to reach agreements for debt collection
- Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build rapport with customers
- Use initiative to create original solutions to problems
- Required Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous telephone experience
- Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in credit control desirable but not essential
- Great problem solving skills
- Track record in customer query management
- Ability to work both in a team and as an individual
