Customer Collections Advisor (VN850) Glasgow, Scotland
Location: Glasgow. Shifts: Monday to Friday. Full time, Permanent – 40 hours per week.
Successful applicants must be able to pass a DBS check.
The Role – Customer Collections Advisor
- Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team.
- Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices.
- Monitor and review customer debt – collection through phone, email and letters.
- Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection.
- Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers.
- Use your initiative to create original solutions to problems.
- Required Experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous telephone experience.
- Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in credit control desirable but not essential.
- Great problem solving skills.
- Track record in customer query management.
- Ability to work both in a team and as an individual.
- Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team.
- Ability to thrive within a busy environment.
- Knowledgeable on MS Office.
