Hours: rotating weeks of 07:30 – 16:00 and 09:30 – 18:00

The Fleet Department manages around 1,000 vehicles across the UK. This role sits within the systems team and covers two areas – supporting the systems used by the fleet team and processing the department's spend. We are looking for an individual who can handle a variety of tasks in a team environment. The systems team supports three other fleet teams (fleet support, fleet compliance and engineering) to ensure systems are in working order and accounts are paid. This role is pivotal in the department and requires an organizer capable of managing many moving parts at once. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong Excel knowledge are essential.
Requirements:
- Previous fleet experience
- Valid category B driving licence
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure fleet processes are followed consistently across the organisation
- Review workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and support fleet management software and databases
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and system settings
- Ensure data quality and integrity across fleet systems
- Manage GPS tracking and telematics platforms
- Provide system support and training to fleet users
- Act as a point of contact for fleet-related system issues
- Work with operations, finance, procurement and maintenance teams
- Assist managers with fleet-related analysis and decision-making
