Salary: £30,000 per annum plus 28 days holiday. Full-time working Monday to Friday. Rotating weeks between 07:30-16:00 and 09:30-18:00.
The Fleet Department manages around 1,000 vehicles across the UK. The Fleet Compliance Coordinator ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, covering accident management, fines and charges, fuel management, and driver licence compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accident reporting and liaising with the insurance company.
- Monitoring and reporting on fuel usage.
- Maintaining vehicle records and fleet databases.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, current and easily accessible.
- Supporting audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Reviewing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring process compliance and investigating deviations.
Qualifications:
- Previous fleet management experience.
- Class B driving licence.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of Excel.
This role requires an individual who is organised, capable of managing multiple moving parts, and has a good understanding of Excel.
