The HR Cost Control, Systems and Rewards Analyst is a vital member of the Global People team. The role has three main areas of focus:
- Responsible for collating, analysing and presenting HR cost information, partnering closely with colleagues in HR and Finance to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Providing expertise and oversight for the People systems, in particular Workday and SAC, the data that we hold in them, and the insights and uses that we can get from them.
- Helping to manage the rewards that we offer, including providing advice and governance on our policies and processes, analysis and cost modelling, and maintaining our job catalogue.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Cost Controlling
- Lead the HR cost budget submissions UK & EMEA, ensuring all movements and costs are captured accurately.
- Coordinate the global HR cost submissions and produce consolidated reporting, including variance bridges and commentary.
- Communicate deadlines and planning requirements across global HR teams, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Perform central controlling checks and data validation to ensure the completeness and accuracy of HR cost data.
- Manage monthly HR actuals for UK & EMEA and oversee globally, reporting variances and preparing accruals or reversals where required.
- Oversee the HR actual cost closing process and submit final reporting to the Kering Group.
- Reconcile HR system data with Finance data, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring structural consistency.
- Maintain financial organisations within HR systems (cost centres, store codes and analytical structures).
- Collaborate with HR and Finance Controlling teams to analyse HR cost trends and workforce insights.
- Support enhancements to HR controlling tools and systems and deliver training to the global HR community.
- Provide ad-hoc reports, analysis and financial modelling to support business decisions.
- HR Systems and Data
- Ensure high standards of HR data accuracy in Workday, conducting regular data audits and supporting colleagues with data governance.
- Act as the “Workday Champion,” delivering training, guidance and updates to the global HR community.
- Support the organisation and maintenance of Workday data structures, including supervisory organisations, role assignments and new field requests in coordination with Kering HRIS.
- Communicate Workday enhancements and process updates to the global HR team.
- Rewards
- Provide support on global reward programmes and policies and projects, addressing employee and HR queries, and working with HR Partners to ensure localisation and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the annual compensation review, preparing data analysis, insights and Workday compensation support.
- Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities in line with the KornFerry Hay methodology.
- Participate in benchmarking data surveys and analyse results to identify opportunities for alignment or adjustment.
- Administer the global Clothing Allowance and Staff Discount Policy, including the associated queries and processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience in HR Cost Controlling and/or Reward, preferably in a global and/or luxury retail environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; capable of working quickly and accurately with large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluent English.
- Good knowledge of Workday processes; experience with HRIS or controlling systems beneficial.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and cost centre or P&L concepts.
- Knowledge of HR, reward and payroll processes advantageous.
