How will you contribute?
- Advising on a broad range of commercial matters, including general commercial contracts, technology contracts, distribution agreements, e-commerce agreements, consumer law, advertising and marketing.
- Coordinating corporate and corporate governance matters for our global group of companies.
- Assisting with other areas, including real estate, construction, compliance and data protection.
- Working with the other members of the Legal Team to provide appropriate legal support to all teams within the business.
- Drafting a wide variety of contracts and other documents.
- Assisting in the management of the contracts database and developing precedent agreements.
- Legal research.
Required Skills
- English qualified lawyer with 0-4 years PQE and experience working in a corporate/commercial team.
- Experience of real estate and/or data protection desirable.
- Excellent private practice training with experience of working in an in-house legal team desirable.
- Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile.
- Team player, with ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident, approachable and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of seniority.
- French/Italian highly desirable but not essential.
- Due to the sensitivity of material held by the team, confidentiality is an absolute requirement for the role.
