We are a busy residential conveyancing office seeking an experienced and client-focused residential conveyancer or experienced paralegal for a full-time role. We have an excellent reputation for client care and quality of work. You will be joining an efficient well-managed firm with a friendly team and a loyal client base. You will have a similar ethos to ourselves regarding client care. Good organisation skills are a must, together with a sound understanding of property law and procedures.

Main Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the team to manage your own caseload with full conveyancing assistant support.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be using the LEAP case management system and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You will be expected to manage your own caseload from instruction through to file closure, to tight deadlines and in accordance with company procedures on both Sales and Purchases of residential property.
  • You will also be required to communicate with Clients and agents keeping them updated as required, remain calm under pressure and prioritise your workload effectively.

You must have:

  • Previous experience of residential property fee‑earning
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others.
  • Excellent Keyboard, IT and data entry skills.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to be part of the team.

Salary will be proportionate to experience level.

Job Type: Full‑time with Pay: negotiable on experience.
