McPherson Aberlour is a well-established logistics company, specialising in heavy goods vehicles, predominantly serving the needs of Scotland\’s whisky industry. With a commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence, we are seeking a skilled HGV and Trailer Fitter to join our team. If you are a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for maintaining and repairing HGVs, Tanks and Trailers, we want to hear from you.
We are seeking a skilled supervisor, ideally with experience in inspection and repair of fleet vehicles and trailers to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet.
Qualifications:
Supervisory experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in using various hand tools.
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
A valid driving licence may be required.
Own basic tool kit required, in return we offer flexible shift patterns, regular overtime at premium rates.
