The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance and repair activities across our residential properties throughout Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester Counties. This role ensures that maintenance requests are promptly addressed and handled effectively by managing contractors, vendors, and the maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel, including responsibilities for scheduling, cost control, and project management. This position reports directly to the Lead Property Manager and the Managing Director.
