MCoBeauty is hiring in their newly formed London office. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer acquisition for MCoBeauty across the UK & EU. The role drives traffic, engagement, and sales through paid media, CRM, and digital campaigns, ensuring seamless brand experience and commercial success.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across social, search (SEM), email, and affiliates.
    • Optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI.
    • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and performance reporting.
    • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with ROAS targets.
  • Digital Strategy & Management
    • Ensure a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
    • Lead weekly sales reporting & performance analysis to refine strategy.
    • Work cross-functionally to align digital and retail marketing efforts.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  • eCRM & Customer
    • Implement customer acquisition & retention strategies to enhance loyalty.
    • Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar).
    • Analyse customer behaviour to improve segmentation and engagement.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing key trends.
    • Recommend data-driven optimisation strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Internal & External Collaboration
    • Work closely with eCommerce, retail, and creative teams to align strategies.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, web developers, and platform partners.

Skills and Experience

  • ~5+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing, ideally in retail or beauty.
  • ~ Expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok, and SEM.
  • ~ Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and A/B testing.
  • ~ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
