About the role:
VidaCorp is seeking a Creative Production Manager to own the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative production across MCoBeauty and VidaCorp’s European brands as we continue to scale across key markets. This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and operations, bringing structure and accountability to the delivery of campaigns, launches, social content, influencer assets, eCommerce, retail, and brand initiatives. You will ensure creative output is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to commercial and brand priorities.
Working closely with Brand, Social, Influencer, eCommerce, Retail, and external partners, the Creative Production Manager plays a critical role in translating briefs into executable production plans and keeping multiple workstreams moving in parallel in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident managing agencies and freelancers, and comfortable balancing creative ambition with delivery discipline. The role can be based in London or Amsterdam, with occasional travel for shoots and key projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end creative production planning and delivery across campaigns, launches, content, retail, and brand activity.
- Translate creative briefs into clear production plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Manage production schedules across multiple projects, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery remains on track.
- Coordinate agencies, freelancers, studios, photographers, videographers, and editors to deliver assets to brief.
- Brief external partners clearly and consistently, ensuring expectations, deliverables, and timelines are aligned.
- Oversee the delivery of digital, social, retail, eCommerce, and influencer assets, including short-form video content.
- Support the production of commerce-led creative, including TikTok Shop and platform-specific content where required.
- Track production budgets and spend, supporting cost control and efficient supplier usage.
- Maintain visibility of workload, resourcing, and capacity across creative projects.
- Partner closely with Brand, Social, Influencer, eCommerce, and Retail teams to align creative output with launch calendars and commercial priorities.
- Improve production workflows, documentation, and approval processes to support scale and efficiency.
- Identify and proactively resolve production risks, bottlenecks, or delivery challenges.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in creative production, project management, or campaign delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows across social, digital, retail, and eCommerce.
- Experience managing agencies and freelance creative partners.
- Comfortable overseeing production of short-form video and platform-specific content.
- Background in beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong project management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with experience tracking budgets and managing delivery within constraints.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Industries, or similar preferred.
