MCoBeauty is hiring in their newly formed London office. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer acquisition for MCoBeauty across the UK & EU. The role drives traffic, engagement, and sales through paid media, CRM, and digital campaigns, ensuring seamless brand experience and commercial success.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across social, search (SEM), email, and affiliates.
- Optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and performance reporting.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with ROAS targets.
- Digital Strategy & Management
- Ensure a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead weekly sales reporting & performance analysis to refine strategy.
- Work cross-functionally to align digital and retail marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- eCRM & Customer
- Implement customer acquisition & retention strategies to enhance loyalty.
- Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar).
- Analyse customer behaviour to improve segmentation and engagement.
- Reporting & Insights
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing key trends.
- Recommend data-driven optimisation strategies for continuous improvement.
- Internal & External Collaboration
- Work closely with eCommerce, retail, and creative teams to align strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, web developers, and platform partners.
Skills and Experience
- ~5+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing, ideally in retail or beauty.
- ~ Expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok, and SEM.
- ~ Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and A/B testing.
- ~ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
