As MCoBeauty continues its expansion across Europe, VidaCorp is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager (Earned) to lead the brand’s presence across influencer partnerships, PR, events, and earned media in the UK market. This role is at the forefront of building brand love and cultural relevance, driving impactful exposure that engages our target audiences and strengthens MCoBeauty’s position as one of Australia’s fastest-growing beauty brands.
While PR is an element of the role, the focus extends well beyond media relations — encompassing modern marketing approaches, high-impact influencer activations, creative event concepts, and close collaboration with agencies to deliver campaigns that generate buzz and conversation both online and offline.
Working closely with the marketing, social, and commercial teams, this role will own the earned strategy for MCoBeauty in the UK, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with paid, owned, and retail activity for maximum impact.
The role will be based in London.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the earned media and influencer strategy for the UK market, aligned with global brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, creators, industry tastemakers, and media contacts.
- Manage external PR and influencer agencies, ensuring output is on-brand, high-quality, and strategically aligned.
- Plan and deliver impactful events, product launches, and experiential activations that generate coverage, content, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and social teams to amplify earned activity across brand channels.
- Monitor cultural trends and identify opportunities for the brand to participate in relevant conversations and moments.
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of earned activities, influencer ROI, and event success metrics.
- Manage product seeding and gifting programs to drive organic buzz and content creation.
- Partner with commercial and retail marketing teams to integrate earned activations into retailer campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or earned media roles within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Strong agency management skills, with experience briefing, guiding, and evaluating creative and PR partners.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact influencer campaigns and brand events that drive measurable results.
- Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, social-first marketing, and modern PR tactics.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong network of creators, media, and cultural connectors within the UK market (preferred).
- Highly creative, trend-aware, and able to translate brand strategy into culturally relevant activations.
- Strong project management and budget management skills, comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market visits.
